Car Insurance Policy Quote

I asked Genoa earlier if she thought it would be a wise use of money to take out a chunk from Edward Jones to put towards a reliable third car. She said she thought it would. I don't know just how smart it would be. Anyways, I quoted a Progressive policy change (switching the sable out with a VW Rabbit). The change would be an increase of $162 over six months. Currently carmax.com has a VW Rabbit in Huntsville. 2008 with 3200 miles. The price seems high, $15,599, but it's a cool looking car.
